My past experiences with these usb to vga adapters has been evfa good in the past. I just don’t recall what the solutions may have been, other then trying a different port, which I’m kinda fresh out of.

As soon as the issue is seen please attach the output of this tool: It seems that the problem is with the UV Plus 39’s.
