Vista drivers are compatible with Windows 7. I read around and found how to get the sound back on – I If no sound drivers are found, and that often happens with old Windows XP hardware, to get sound you will have to use a USB connected sound “card”. My laptop recently installed a BIOS update – I don’t know what this was but since it happened I have been having sound problems with my laptop. Please can you help me to findit or what you suggest me to do?

Windows 10 64 bit. After the update I had no sound. Similar help and support threads. Unfortunately, this is common with older XP hardware.
Yes, that is the chipset driver. Are there Vista drivers available?

The time now is The tigabyte device has an exclamation mark in Device Manager.
